That’s why we take a Think Forward approach and look for new opportunities to take service delivery to the next level. And that’s precisely what we did in 2014 with the launch of our new Advisory Services program.
Advisory Services is a unique, cutting-edge initiative that gives our clients personalized, one-on-one service at critical milestones (such as termination or retirement) and ensures that members and retired members understand how the pension decisions they make will impact their personal financial picture in retirement. To deliver this level of service, we’ve assembled a team of Client Services Advisors – all of them certified Registered Retirement Consultants® backed by an evolving suite of e-services.
