Throughout 2020, OPB focused on meeting our clients’ needs and using outstanding service as a way to add value to their pensions.
OPB scored a client service satisfaction rate of 8.8 out of 10; counselled over 3,400 members on important pension and retirement decisions; introduced a secure document upload option for clients to submit documents safely; conducted virtual presentations with 3,145 members; delivered 6 COVID-related updates, including 2 cybersecurity advisories to members; and achieved top engagement scores, consistently in the upper 80 and lower 90 percentiles.
